The terms that govern use of Canadian Fraud Recovery Group accounts, recovery tools, and related services.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
By creating an account or using Canadian Fraud Recovery Group, you agree to these terms, applicable laws, and any account rules communicated during recovery. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Canadian Fraud Recovery Group provides guided recovery tooling and support. Recovery outcomes depend on what can be traced and verified for your case. Nothing on the platform guarantees a specific recovery amount.
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts may require approval before full access.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, reviewing actions in your account, and using only official channels. You must not impersonate another person, misuse the platform, or attempt to interfere with security or other users' accounts.
Withdrawal and conversion requests may be reviewed before release. We may refuse or delay actions that appear unsafe, incomplete, or inconsistent with account verification. You agree to follow support guidance when completing recovery steps.
The website, branding, and software are owned by Canadian Fraud Recovery Group or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canadian Fraud Recovery Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Recovery results are not guaranteed.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these terms and post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@canadianfraudrecoverygroup.com.
